"WPTI helped The Doe Fund tremendously by both introducing to some and reminding other key staff about important retention concepts and strategies. The Doe Fund walked away with concrete strategies that could be implemented at every stage of the Ready Willing & Able program. We worked with a cross section of staff from intake, to case management, career development, and graduate services and everyone came away with fresh ideas and motivated to try out new approaches. WPTI also did some team building exercises with two departments which led to greater collaboration and communication among the staff of each."

Results Highlights: 2003-2007
- More than 4,000 people from 300 organizations were trained in the past four years.
- Post-program evaluations from our participants show that more than 90% of them found our programs helpful not only to them, but to their coworkers, and enabled them to implement new strategies and best practices;
- 81% of our participants reported that they changed aspects of their practice directly resulting in improved individual and organizational outcomes as a consequence of WPTI training.
- Over the past four years, WPTI has created and delivered over 40 different impact-specific training products and programs, each customized to the specific needs of workforce development, youth, and adult education practitioners.
- WPTI has created from inception and executed several leadership institutes, customized training programs, and conferences to support the field. Through these activities, we have trained over 1,000 staff.
- Universally, we have achieved a satisfaction and return-customer rate of more than 90%.
- Year after year, 75% of the organizations we serve repeatedly send staff to new training programs.
