"The Workforce Professionals Training Institute partnered with our organization to create and deliver a day-long intensive training conference for our entire New York City/Northern New Jersey workforce staff - over 250 people. “Every year, the New York Association of Continuing/Community Educators (NYACCE) conducts a leadership conference or retreat geared towards both the development of leadership in the field, and a learning/reflective opportunity for the NYACCE board of directors.  Marketed to leaders in the adult education and workforce fields, Workforce Professionals Training Institute (WPTI) worked with NYACCE on the conception, marketing, implementation, and follow up evaluation for this annual event.  WPTI’s executive director, Lou Miceli’, facilitated what became one of our most successful conferences to-date, which had the largest number of participants ever to participate.  The three-day interactive conference provided participants with the tools of leadership…leadership styles, managing organizational change, peer consultation, managing teams, mentoring, resources and networking.  The feedback from participants overwhelming highlighted the effectiveness of WPTI’s resources and skills in managing such an event, as well as the practicality and applicability of the knowledge gained for work.  NYACCE was excited and pleased with the energy and resources that Lou Miceli brought to our annual leadership conference and the successful implementation of one of our most treasured offerings to the field of adult education and workforce fields.”
