Welcome to the first Advance & Earn (A&E) Community Learning Group of 2021, bringing together staff of all six A&E programs for reflection, shared expertise and new strategies for PARTICIPANT ENGAGEMENT & RETENTION.
We’ll focus on what works, what’s challenging, and where the gaps may lie; four core strategies that underlie successful recruitment and retention; outreach strategies to enhance communication and program adherence; and more. This will be an active session; come prepared to develop concrete solutions to real issues your program may face.
