Creating affirming spaces for LGBTQ+ people (Open to the public)

This interactive and engaging training is a safe space for anyone who wants to learn more about how to create safe spaces for LGBTQ+ people – clients, colleagues, and more. We’ll do an overview of gender and sexuality, discuss terminology and concepts important to LGBTQ+ folks, and talk about best practices at an interpersonal level and at an organizational level. Participants will have a chance to reflect and create actionable next steps for their organization.
