Internship Development 101 (For DYCD Providers Only)

Internship development requires a strategic approach, especially with young people for whom this experience may be their first exposure to the world of work. Successful youth internship programs incorporate youth development principles while focusing simultaneously on the needs of employers. In this training, NDA High School Providers will develop the tools necessary to maximize the internship experience for their program, the intern, and the employer.
