Outcomes and Assessments for Workforce Programs

Through this workshop, participants will 1) think broadly and deeply about outcomes and performance measurement, 2) critically analyze current data systems and the culture of using data in their teams, and 3) create and implement a new data-driven approach that uses a range of quantitative and qualitative data to assess impact and shape practice.

Topics will include creating a team culture rooted in data; understanding research methods and tools; assessing and improving data collection methods; and how to use data for continuous improvement.
