Part 1 – Participant Engagement and Retention through Social Media Channels | The Basics of Social Media Platforms (For DYCD Providers Only)

The number of young adults using social media channels grows from year to year. In the spring of 2022, Pew Research conducted a study that found that 97% of teens use the internet daily, up from 92% in 2014-2015. Almost half of teens say that they are online almost constantly.

Is your program maximizing your use of social media platforms to engage and retain participants?
