Voices from the Frontline – A Briefing and Conversation on Our Findings

WPTI and the Workforce Field Building Hub are pleased to announce the first virtual briefing and discussion in connection with our Voices from the Frontline initiative.

Following the release of Voices from the Frontline: An Introduction to New York City’s Frontline Workforce Professionals, our first report on our 2020 Survey of NYC Frontline Workforce Professionals, we will be sharing initial findings on topics such as who are the frontline workforce of our field; what roles do they play; what types of organizations do they work for; how are they compensated; and what do they need to stay and advance in the field.

We will discuss relevant findings from the report, and then open up the conversation to Q&A from the field.

Registration will close at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, August 5 and space is limited, so please RSVP soon! A link to the virtual briefing will be sent to all registrants within 48 hours of the event.
