May is Mental Health Awareness Month. This training provides an overview of the impact of poor mental health on the workplace and specific self-care strategies to address the competing demands of the modern workplace, such as increased anxiety while working from home, challenges maintaining work/life balance, and mitigating burnout. It includes a guided meditation practice as well as information about how to talk about mental health to reduce stigma towards mental illnesses within your company and greater community.
