Being part of WPTI has enhanced my skills as a job developer and as a facilitator. When I did my first training at WPTI I was new to workforce development. I wasn't sure I could actually do the job of a facilitator. Attending a WPTI Facilitator Workshop gave me the tools needed to excel in my position. I learned new icebreakers, how to sustain participants' attention, and engaging lessons for my clients.

WPTI's Facilitator Workshop enhanced my skills so much, that my clients were some of the first to have a 100% success rate on their ServSafe exams. Although I am now a job developer, I appreciate all the skills that I have learned, and I utilize those skills every day when working with my clients.
